Born in Fordwich, Ontario, Canada, Frank Armington spent most of his adult life in Paris with his wife the etcher, Caroline Armington. Armington.

Both Frank and Caroline were full members of the Société Nationale de la Gravure Originale en Noir, the Société  des Gravures Francais and the 

American Federation of Arts. Their original etchings and paintings are included in major French and American exhibitions, public and private.

This drawing from 1915 is a superb view of Parc Monceau in Paris.
